The Association operates under a registered Constitution with an Executive Committee that usually consists of a President, two Vice-Presidents, a Treasurer and a Secretary.
Association meetings are held monthly. The dates and times of the meetings are in the School Calendar but generally are the 4th Tuesday of the month.
Each year there is an AGM, which is normally held at the end of March.
The Association provides a fantastic opportunity to keep abreast of what’s happening in the school and gives parents and caregivers a voice regarding topics of interest or concern. Registered members have the power to vote on issues raised at meetings and we welcome and encourage all members of the St Paul’s community to attend.
Executive meetings may also be held monthly.
